# Pipeline Navigation
## This guide helps new users get familiar with the Pipeline tab — from creating and importing files to searching with preset views, applying filters, and reviewing loan details.

### **Pipeline Navigation**
#### **Pipeline Action Buttons**
At the top right of the pipeline, you’ll see several options:
- **Create** — manually add a new loan file.
- **Import** — upload loan files using the supported format.
- **Copy** — after your loan files load in the pipeline, you can use the **Copy** option. Select the loan number of the file you want to copy, and the system will create a new loan file from it.
- **Delete** — after the files are shown in the pipeline, you can click **Delete** and select the file or files you want to remove. Keep in mind this action **cannot be undone**, and access depends on your **permission settings** — typically limited to **System Admins**.

#### **Using the Search Panel**
- At the top of the search panel, click the **dropdown** to select a **Preset View** (for example, COC). This applies preset filters and, once you click **Search**, shows the files that may need a Change of Circumstance disclosure.
- If your view is set to **Auto Refresh**, files load automatically.
- If your view is set to **Manual Refresh**, review the filters on the right, then click **Search** to load the files.
- You can also click **M** to switch your view to Auto Refresh, which automatically reloads results as you adjust filters.

#### **Pipeline Snapshot**
Once loan files are loaded, the pipeline gives you a quick snapshot, such as:
- Loan number and status
- Primary Borrower Contact Information
- Loan information like LTV, DTI, interest rate, estimated closing date, and lock expiration date
- Teams assigned to the loan files
- Notes — click the **edit pencil** to view note history or add a new note
