# How to use Shortcuts in SphereLOS

## Learn how to set up and manage shortcuts in SphereLOS to save time, reduce clicks, and personalize navigation within a loan file.

#### **Quick Steps (At a Glance)**

- See a star? Click it. **Filled = saved shortcut.**
- Manage in **Shortcuts tab \> Edit Shortcuts**.
- Shortcuts are personal (user-level).

#### **Create a Shortcut**

1. In the loan file, open a section. If you see a **star** in the top left, click it to create a shortcut.
2. The star will change from **blank to filled** — that means your shortcut is saved automatically (no need to click Save).
3. To exit the screen, click **Cancel** at the bottom, or choose **Save** if you’ve entered any data.
4. **Please note:** In the **Actions** section, the star appears only after you click **Send**

#### **Manage Shortcuts**

1. In the loan file, open the **Shortcuts** tab (located next to the **Menu** tab).
2. Click **Edit Shortcuts**
3. Click the X to delete a shortcut.
4. Drag the handle (three lines) to change the order of shortcuts.
5. Click **Save**.
