[Getting started](https://www.spherelos.com/kb/getting-started?hsLang=en) October 1, 2026 # How to Customize Pipeline Views (Company Settings) ## Pipeline Views help you filter and organize loans more efficiently. You can create new views or modify built-in ones, and assign them to specific roles so each team sees what’s most relevant. 💡 **Example:** Add a filter for **COC (Change of Circumstance)** to instantly see all files that have been triggered by a COC. ### **Go to Settings** - Log in as a **System Admin**, go to **Settings**, then in the left menu search for **Views** (or scroll to the bottom) and click **Views**. - To customize an existing view, click the **edit pencil**. To create a new one, click **Create New View** (top-right). --- ### **Steps to Create a New View** #### **1. General Information Tab** - Enter a short, clear, recognizable **Name**. - Toggle **Active** on. - Toggle **Manual Refresh** on so users load data by clicking **Search** instead of waiting for auto-refresh. 💡 **Tip:** Manual Refresh helps avoid delays or the appearance that the system isn’t responding. - Enter a short **Description** for internal reference. #### **2. Filters Tab** - Click the **Filters** tab, then click **Add New Group**. - In **Available Fields**, scroll or search, then click the **+ icon** to add fields. Repeat as needed and click **Add Selected** (top). - On the filters screen: - Add more filters to the same group with **Add New Group Item**. - Create another group with **Add New Group**. - Remove filters with the **X** or delete groups with **Delete Group**. - Set default values with the **edit pencil** (e.g., default COC to Yes). - Reorder filters by dragging the **three-line icon**. #### **3. Order Tab** - Click the **Order** tab, then **Add New Field**. - In **Available Fields**, choose a field (e.g., **COC Triggered Date**) and click **Add Selected**. - You’ll be taken to the **Order** screen—set Ascending (earliest to latest) or Descending (latest to earliest). #### **4. User Roles Tab** - Click the **User Roles** tab. - Use **Check All/Uncheck All** or toggle access for each role. - Set the view as the **Default** for specific roles so users land on this view automatically when they log in and go to **Pipeline**. --- #### **5. Save Your View Setting** - Click **Save** to finish. Your new **View** is now ready to use in **Pipeline**. --- ### 📁 Example: **Add or Create a COC View** 1. Follow the steps above to **Create a New View** or Click the **Edit Pencil** next to an existing view 2. In the **Filter** tab, click **Add New Group Item**. 3. Search for **COC**, then click **Add Selected**. 4. Set the **COC** value to **Yes**. 5. Assign the view to relevant roles. 6. Click **Save**.
