# How to Create a Scenario Comparison in SphereLOS

## A step-by-step guide on how to compare up to 4 loan programs, edit details, and share them with borrowers.

**ℹ️ Note**: Access to Scenario features may depend on your role, permissions, or loan status. If options are missing, please contact your system admin for help.

### **Steps to Add Loan Scenarios**

- Open the loan file and select **Scenario** from the left-hand menu.
- Click **Add Scenario**.
- Use the available filters to locate your desired loan program.
- Click the checkmark to include it in your comparison.
- You can add up to **four** loan programs.

### **Editing Scenario Details**

Click the **edit pencil icon** to modify key fields such as:

- Loan amount
- Note rate
- Lock price
- Disclosure Borrower Closing Fee settings

### **Sharing Loan Scenarios**

 To save or share:

- Click **View Print Forms** to export the scenario as a PDF, or
- Navigate to **Actions \> Other Actions \> Print Forms**, search for **Loan Scenario**, and send it directly to the borrower.

### Applying a Scenario

If the borrower selects one of the scenarios,

- click **Apply Scenario** at the bottom.
- Then click **Confirm** to proceed, and you’ll receive a success message once the loan file is updated with the scenario’s parameters.
