# How to automate reports to email?

## The below will allow reports to be sent to users' emails automatically. This is done in each user's profile and there is no company settings to setup on user's behalf.

- Click on your profile in the top right of the screen.
- From here, you can click on Report Export Settings
- Click the Add New button on the user role desired. Some may see multiple user roles as he or she may carry multiple user roles.
- Choose Report from the drop-down list and save changes.
- Use the Add New Record button.
- You can now set the parameters of the report you wish to be emailed and toggle on the email report toggle. Please note that if using in-period dates, you will need to set dates as needed, as the system will not set dates automatically when reports are run. When done, use Save Changes.
